PLACING AN ORDER
To place an order, click on the "Add to Cart" button next to each item.
When you are finished shopping, select the view cart link and proceed to check
out. First time customers will be requested to register. Return customers save
time, by simply inserting their username and password.

SHOPPING ON-LINE
For your convenience, we provide secure payment via Authorize.net so that you may pay by Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express. You may also use PayPal as a payment option also. We accept all forms of PayPal. If you experience any
difficulties in placing an order, please contact us.
TERMS
We accept credit cards through paypal. Paypal also allows you to directly
transfer from your bank account.
SHIPPING
Shipping times are added onto the processing and engraving time of 4 business day, this DOES NOT include rush or overnight orders.
In house rush before it goes out to shipping is available for an additional 5.00 fee. This will cut your processing time from 4 days to 2 days.
ORDERING
There is no minimum order. Shipping and Sales Tax are calculated and added to
the total order at check out.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
You may track the status of your order by clicking on the Order
Tracking Link, after which you will have to enter your specified user name and
password. Through this system you will be able to retrieve your basic shipping

PRIVACY POLICY
Your privacy is important to us!
Making a purchase requires that you supply your contact information
(name-email-address-shipping address). When purchasing, you will create an
account that will store your information, so the next time you shop with us, you
will simply log in. Your information is strictly confidential. We use this for
your convenience, and to process our orders only.
The information you
provide to us will be used solely by us, to process your orders. We will not
distribute, display or sell any information you entrust to us. We will not
allow any third party access to your personal information unless forced to do so
by law. We will not solicit you or contact you outside of order
processing.
RETURNS We CANNOT accept returns on any special order items or monogrammed/engraved items. Please be certain of size, request measurements and any other necessary information prior to ordering.
RETURNS FOR NON-PERSONALIZED ITEMS We are confident you will love your purchase, but in the event you would like to return an item, our policy is as follows. We do not issue cash refunds but are happy to exchange an item or supply a store credit for future use. There will be a 10% restocking fee for your item(s). If you receive an item you are not happy with, email us within 3 days of receipt of your purchase so we can arrange for an exchange. Items must be returned to us within 10 days from the date you receive your order. Please note, any item returned must be unworn, unused and in it's original packaging. If you are exchanging an item, you will be charged for shipping your replacement item. The exception would be a return for a manufacturer's defect. We will ship the replacement at no charge. We will offer a full refund for any item that is not in stock at the time of your order. Sale items are not returnable except for a manufacturer's defect. Please feel free to
